Our ECC church board will be meeting tonight.  They will be discussing how to proceed with redefining my job description and how to replace me.  there is a lovely person in our church who could do a great job and we will be discussing the pros and cons of this option.  Please pray for wisdom and unity in this discussion and option in front of us.
